My Pleasure
When a guest says thank you, we respond with “My Pleasure” instead of "You're Welcome". Truett Cathy (founder of Chick-fil-A) borrowed and implemented the term in his own restaurants from Ritz-Carlton (a hotel known for their hospitality).
Harassment:
We have a zero-tolerance harassment policy at Chick-fil-A 80th and Wadsworth. If you think that you are being harassed in the workplace, go to a Director. We take all harassment very seriously in the workplace we will handle everything discreetly.
